Xmas madness

LB, Bad Horse, Figaro and Mr.What having good time

Yeah, folks, we're having a freakin' good time here! Last Saturday we celebrated Lyl and other friends' birthday and the night was simply awesome. We drank a lot, enjoyed a tasty buffet and (that's for you buddy) we had a really big toast in honour of our sea-fellow Smoggy.
Legendary.

But the most exciting fact is that I'm going to leave Italy for about a week to spend New Year's Eve in Istanbul with some friends! Bi-awesome, guys!
See you soon with a funny review of my trip, of course.

...And again, and again, and again... [the incredible killer ice adventure, part 2]

Yes, Christmas is coming arm-in-arm with a definitely CRAPPY weather. Really nice isn't it?
Anyway, this 2nd Xmas from th creation of the project would be much less sparkling if we hadn't foud THIS awsome trailer on youtube that's warming our hearts up like those red-bricked-fireplaces from our favourite heart-breaking-christmas-eve-movies.

The guys who worked in that are simply genius.

Well, in case you are going to attend a destrutive Xmas dinner (as I am), ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
But if tonight's destroying dinner is only a mild hors d'oeuvre for tomorrow's incredibly dangerous Xmas lunch (as I am), GOOD LUCK GUYS!

Merry Green Christmas Dear Fellows!

Oh, damn! [the incredible killer ice adventure, part 1]

Last monday I went with the whole gang to our rehersal room to work altogether on our new stuff. It was pure pleasure until the end of the session. Yes, we were so neatly inspired! But this isn't the cool part of the story.
Now, you have to know that our rehersal room is over a sort of really high place for the city's standards. You also have to know that in these days we're experiencing an amazing weather alarm (killer ice storms approaching from the hell!).

Equals = Yikes!

On our way back home our cars have been blocked by a MONSTROUSLY HUGE ice sheet for about 2 hours and half! Oh, damn!
Everything started at midnight.
We were all starving.
The ice breaking machine was nowhere.
The temperature was painfully cold.

To prevale over this (slooooooooooooow) event Figaro and I began a simply amazing-but-nonsense musical contest with the other car (in which were Bad Horse, Mr.What and Lyl), consisting in guessing the kinky singers' names of a local (and frightful) folkish radio.
Yep, in fact, at last it was quite funny.

LB's happy ending. The perfect fit

Today was such a bad day. I was stressed, bored, annoyed.
But then, after 2am, something happened. A friend of mine led me and part of the gang to an amazing-but-almost-secret pub located in our town and, there, the whole night turned magic.
No more worries. A damnly great meal. An awesome drink (an owner's recipe).
Dudes, that place is heaven! No words can explain it. Gang's fav for life.

Our wandering ended at 6am listening to a beautiful Cd, "The Definitive Ray Charles", that's still running in my stereo right now. I suggest you to experience it too as soon as you can. Simply the perfect fit.
Now I'm truly in heaven, guys.

That's right, guys!

The Thoroughbred of Sin

Hi everyone! How's it going?

It's been a while since we last posted on this blog but, you know, this is a very hard period for us because of our recordings. They are going fine anyway.

Besides, Smoggy left for a pretty important signing on cruises.
We miss him very much.
But luckily we have a brave sobstitute: Bad Horse (the thoroughbred of sin!).
He's a great guy, and a great bassist, check out his main project myspace page HERE.

This night we will perform our first gig with BH, at Teatro Cargo, Genova Voltri, IT, from 9 p.m., so if you are around, don't miss it!

see you soon dear fellows!

Yours,
Mr.W
